What is the use of Centrifugal Vibratory Dryers?

Centrifugal Vibratory Dryers, also known as hot-air centrifugal dryers, use centrifugal force to remove liquid adhered to the surface of the workpiece, so that wet materials can be fluidized in a centrifugal force field.

The working principle is that the air passes through the filter and the heater, and then enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the dryer uniformly in a spiral shape. The material liquid will pass through the material liquid tank and then to the filter, which will be pumped to the centrifugal atomizer of the dryer, so that the material liquid will be sprayed into very small mist-like droplets. It evaporates quickly and can be dried into a powdered product in a very short time. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the fan.

Centrifugal Vibratory Dryers has the advantages of using the principles of centrifugal drying and hot air drying, and has high drying efficiency; it uses a foot brake device to quickly stop the drum, and the dehydration basket is made of stainless steel.
